Na osnovnem mentorskem usposabljanju, ki ga izvaja Life Learning Academia, dobijo udeleženci vpogled, katere so ključne kompetence dobrega mentorja in katera orodja lahko uporabijo, da prepoznajo mentoriranca, ga vodijo in z mentoriranjem pripeljejo na zastavljen cilj.
Nadaljevalni program za mentorje zajema poglobljeno pripravo udeležencev na funkcijo mentorja. To zajema nadgradnjo ključnih kompetenc, ki jih morajo mentorji imeti

 

MENTOR TRAINING – BASIC MENTORSHIP PROGRAM AND CONTINUING PROGRAM
Through Life Learning Academia’s mentorship training, participants gain insight into the key competencies of good mentors and tools for mentee recognition and motivation, which best enable goal setting and attainment.
The continuing program for mentors involves in-depth preparation of participants for the function of the mentor. This includes upgrading the key competencies that mentors need to have.

PREDAVATELJICA:      Msc. Marjetka Kastner

Msc. Marjetka Kastner je diplomirala na Fakulteti za poslovne in komercialne vede Celje. Marjetka Kastner je ustanoviteljica metode dela, imenovane Learning Brand. Z uporabo te metode organizacije postanejo Učeče se organizacije in dobijo certifikat.

Po 21 letih dela kot projektni vodja, je ustanovila Life Learning Academia, ki povezuje znanje in organizacije s pomočjo metode Learning Brand. V okviru Life Learning Academia potekajo številne druge dejavnosti oziroma projekti. En izmed njih je Ambasador Znanja, ki mladim pomaga pri lažjem uveljavljanju na trgu dela. V ta namen je vzpostavila tudi globalno spletno stran www.referenca.eu za različne organizacije in študente. Organizacije imajo priložnost najti rezultate o dobrih potencialih, učenci pa imajo priložnost, da najdejo dobre mentorje in ambasadorje znanja. Eden najboljših dosežkov je pomoč Edwardu de Bonu pri postavitvi projekta »Palača novega mišljenja«.

 

 

LECTURER:

Msc. Marjetka Kastner graduated on Faculty for Commercial and Business Sciences Celje.  Marjetka Kastner is a founder of the method of work called  Learning Brand.  With using this method organizations become Learning organizations and get the certificate. 

After 21 years of working as a project manager, she founded Life Learning Academia, which connects knowledge and organizations through the method Learning Brand. Within the scope of Academia, a number of other useful activities are in progress. One of them is Ambassadors of knowledge which help young people to more easily assert themselves on the labor market. 
For this purpose, she has also set up a global internet site www.referenca.eu  for various organizations and students.  Organizations have an opportunity to find results about good potentials and students have an opportunity to find good mentors and Ambassadors of knowledge. 

 One of the best achievements is helping Edward de Bono to set up the project »The Palace of new thinking«.
